Start as you mean to go on

The first week of January has gone by so fast. I never make New Years resolutions and this year is no different, I’ve only promised myself to experiment more with my baking and cooking, and attempt to be healthier.
Here’s what I’ve been up to…

Like mother, like daughter- my first attempt at making my own granola (this recipe contains: oats, pecans, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, raisins, cinnamon, canola oil and honey)

I was quite pleased with the result, could have baked it for a little less time and added more honey so it created more clusters, but it tasted pretty good for my first try
