Seattle

We just got back from our first trip out of Canada. We took the Greyhound bus down to Seattle, WA and then continued down to Portland, OR. Although the Greyhound is cheap we discovered how long and tiring the bus journeys are, and how horrible the bus stations are. I think it also made us realise how much safer we feel in Vancouver and Canada.
I’m making 2 separate posts about the trip as there are quite a few photos.
First we spent 3 nights in Seattle, and sadly it rained a lot, but that was to be expected. We stayed in an area called Belltown, which was only 10 minutes walk from the Space Needle and had lots of great bars and restaurants close by.
