I love summer dining. Eating alfresco and picnics are my favourites ways to eat meals. But saying that there’s a couple of recipes I’ve been meaning to make which are more suited to cold winter days…
and, this apple and berry crisp, both were yummy but now I’m enjoying making more summery, lighter dishes, like tarts and quiches with lots of salads.
This week I tried out a bean burger recipe from a really good burger cookbook my boyfriend was given, it has a few good vegetarian options
And… off to The Fish Shack for dinner
