Lynn Canyon

Today we took the sea bus over to Lonsdale Quay and then the bus up to Lynn Canyon. The park has been open since 1912 and is one of the largest in Greater Vancouver. We enjoyed a leisurely hike through the beautiful forest and crossed the park’s 50 meter high suspension bridge that hangs above Lynn Creek, and then a 10 minute walk upstream took us to the river’s edge near 30 Foot Pool where we cooled off in the water. There is also an Ecology Centre that showcases some historical information about the park.
