Lewes, East Sussex

Last weekend we were invited by my aunt and uncle to come and stay with them at their house in Kent and attend a party they were throwing for their 50th wedding anniversary. I’ve always loved travelling to that part of England, but because I’ve been at university and living in Canada I haven’t been up to Kent in over 5 years, so it was exciting to go back.
I really enjoy the scenic drive through all the villages, it always seems so quintessentially English with all the Union Jacks flying, thatched cottages and cricket greens. The next 4 posts are about some of the places we visited during our stay.
Starting with Lewes
